1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Nature’s Pot PK, concerning your access to and use of the www.naturespotpk.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the Site). Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. c. Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. d. Intended Use: Our products (Sidr Honey, Desi Ghee) are food items. Any claims regarding health or healing benefits are based on traditional knowledge and are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
3. Purchases and Payment
a. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase a product from us. Acceptance of your order is confirmed when we ship the product to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. b. Payment Methods: We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, etc. c. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select COD, you agree to pay the full amount due, including any delivery charges, to the courier upon receipt of the order. Failure to accept and pay for a COD order may result in restriction of future COD services.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are determined based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. b. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances. c. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Nature’s Pot PK pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
